Karla Mason, the Vice-President, is also a middle school teacher. She has been involved in education for over 30 years, teaching in public and private schools, and homeschooling her three children. Her educational background includes a BS degree in Broad Field Social Sciences with a concentration in Psychology and a minor in Secondary Education. She has also earned a Biblical Counseling Diploma through the American Association of Christian Counselors. Karla has been involved with Living Well Ministries since 2003 and is passionate about giving back a portion of what she has been given. She and her husband of 31 years attend St. Simons Community Church.

Donna T. Ginn, the President, became a participant in Living Well in 2003. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Theology degree in 2002 and her Masters of Religious Arts in Christian Counseling in 2004. She has a Ph. D. in Christian Counseling and works as an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor) at Pathways Counseling Center. She and her spouse have owned several retail businesses, but are now retired. Mrs. Ginn and her husband reside in Townsend, Georgia, and attend Coastal Worship Center in Darien, Georgia where she is an ordained minister. They have one son, a daughter-in-law, three granddaughters, and one grandson.

Suzan is the Vice President of RGL Associates where she has worked for 35 years. She has been involved in church ministry over the years serving as a Sunday school teacher and a youth director. Suzan came to Living Well Ministries looking for healing in her life and relationships. After going through the Seekers program, she felt God was calling her to give back to others what she had been given, so she joined the Living Well leadership team. She is a facilitator for the Seekers program. She has completed her Biblical Counseling Diploma through AACC. She currently attends St Simons Community Church, Brunswick Campus. She has two children and seven grandchildren.

Robert (Butch) Ginn, member-at-large, a retired businessman, became an ordained minister in 1999. He became a participant in LWM in 2003. Robert earned his Master’s Degree in Theology in 2004. After completing the LWM Seekers program, he felt that God had called him to give the same message of hope and healing to other men and was accepted into the leadership-training program for LWM. He has completed his facilitator training and earned his Biblical Counseling diploma through the Light Learning Institute, an extension of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He and his wife reside in Townsend, Georgia, and attend Coastal Worship Center in Darien, Georgia. They have a son, daughter-in-law, three granddaughters, and one grandson.

Kenneth Carswell, member at large, is currently the Solicitor of State Court Wayne County, Georgia. He received his BBA from Valdosta State University and his law degree from Mercer University in 1977. Kenneth has practiced law in Jesup, Georgia since 1981. He became a participant in Living Well Ministries in 2016. After completing the Seekers program, he was accepted into the leadership training program for Living Well Ministries. He and his wife, Pam, reside in Jesup, Georgia, and are members of the First United Methodist Church in Jesup. They have two daughters and two granddaughters.

Pam Carswell came to Living Well Ministries in 2016. She began her Seekers process and felt called to remain in the ministry to share her experience, strength, and hope. She is currently in the leadership training program and is working toward completing the coursework for a Biblical Counseling diploma through the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is a retired office manager having worked in her husband’s law practice for 16 years. Pam, and her husband Kenny, have two daughters and two granddaughters and attend First United Methodist Church in Jesup, Georgia.
